Welcome to SchoolTimetable.in. These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our automated scheduling platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a school, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To use our services, you must register for a school account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities that occur under your school's account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date data for timetable generation.

3. Platform License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the SchoolTimetable.in engine for generating academic schedules. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our scheduling algorithm.
• Use automated scripts to bulk-export data without an authorized API key or Pro plan.
• Resell the timetable generation service to third-party institutions without a partner agreement.

4. Accuracy of Output

Our clash-free engine is mathematically 100% accurate based on the data provided. However, users are responsible for verifying the validity of their inputs (e.g., ensuring a teacher isn't assigned more periods than they physically can handle).

5. Billing & Refunds

Subscription fees for the Professional plan are billed per-class or as a fixed district fee. All payments are non-refundable once the generation services have been utilized for that billing cycle.
